                               Arrival: 12:30 Friday earliest arrival time

                               Cleanup – by 4:00 latest on Sunday

         Directions to Retreat Centre: 
Drive to Surrey (via Langley or Hwy 1) Go South on 152 Street towards White Rock.  Retreat Centre is on your left just past 36^th Avenue.  The Retreat Centre driveway is flanked by tall evergreens and can be hard to spot if it is your first time there.  Upon arrival, drive towards the centre to unload your car. You will not be able to park in the cul-de-sac---- there is parking along the driveway and in a lot to the left of the drive.  Rosemary Hall is the large building on your right – that is where you will sign in and be given your room number as well as setting up your sewing station.

                                Mystery Quilt Project (Optional) – Saturday after breakfast – bring fabric needed for the project

                                Uninterrupted Quilting time

                                Gift Exchange Game (Optional) Buy a new gift $10.00 something you would like to receive.

This is NOT a White Elephant gift exchange game.

We will be asking for your support in keeping the coffee made and the area clean/neat.  Remember just like at guild meetings - Please bring your own mugs.
